Our goal was to bring key aspects of Happy directly into Slack, allowing users to access essential features without leaving their communication tool. If they need more functionality, they can easily transition to the web app for a deeper experience.

To achieve this, everything was initially built using Slack’s Web Builder, ensuring everything will look exactly the same. Once the design and functionality were finalized, the code was handed off to developers for full implementation and optimization.
